The challenge
Premium Dubai real estate is illiquid and expensive to enter. Investors faced high minimum tickets, slow paper-based transfers, and little transparency into ownership and rental returns.
The solution
Akxens built a compliant tokenization platform: each property is held in a legal vehicle and represented by smart-contract tokens. Investors complete KYC, buy fractions from a web dashboard, track valuations and rental yield, and trade on a secondary marketplace.
