Leadership

Led by builders.
Guided by a council.

Akxens is led by co-founders Md Mobasher Azmi and Mohammad Ali Rony, with Md Abul Mansur as Director & Chairman, and advised by senior members of the Akxens Council.

Our story

2017

Where it began

What started as a small search-visibility studio became an international engineering firm, because its leaders kept moving before the market did.

Akxens began in 2017 with SEO architecture and digital display. As blockchain emerged, the founders moved early, running more than 460 ICO and Web3 campaigns by 2019.

That experience became engineering capability: custom software in 2021, cloud and blockchain platforms in 2024, and AI-native products today, all under the same leadership.

Chapter IThe Founders

Two founders. One conviction.

One saw where the market was going. The other made sure Akxens could build it. Together they have led the company through every stage of its growth.

01Co-Founder

Md Mobasher Azmi

The strategist who saw where the internet was heading, and built Akxens to get there first.

“Akxens was born out of a relentless pursuit to build sovereign digital infrastructure. We don’t just follow the internet’s evolution; we engineer its future.”

Mobasher started Akxens in 2017 with a simple conviction: visibility is infrastructure. The company began as a search and digital display platform, and its early SEO architecture gave clients a lasting edge long before "growth engineering" had a name.

When blockchain arrived, he moved early. By 2019 Akxens had helped launch and scale more than 460 ICO and early Web3 campaigns worldwide, and that frontline experience became the foundation for the engineering firm Akxens is today.

Today he leads vision, growth, and the venture side of the business: deciding which markets to enter, which products to build, and which partners to back. He also serves as a government official of Bangladesh in the Ministry of Finance, Financial Institutions Division (Insurance), and is a charter member of the Akxens Council.

Mohammad Ali Rony, Co-Founder & CTO, Akxens
02Co-Founder & CTO

Mohammad Ali Rony

The core developer who turns ambitious ideas into systems that hold up under real-world pressure.

“I love to create business solutions, not just code some scripts. Clean, robust, well-documented code is the only kind worth shipping.”

Rony is the reason Akxens ships. A full-stack engineer with more than thirteen years in production code, he started at Aprosoft in 2012 and has spent a decade engineering tokenized payment networks at Nuspay International.

As co-founder, CTO, and core developer, he sets the architecture and still writes much of the code himself: .NET and Node.js back ends, Angular front ends, database design, and mobile apps in Flutter, all built on SOLID principles.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from AIUB and leads technology and delivery across every Akxens product, making sure each one is secure, fast, and easy to maintain. He is a charter member of the Akxens Council.

Chapter IIThe Chairman

Stewardship, with discipline.

Md Abul Mansur, Director & Chairman, Akxens
03Director & Chairman

Md Abul Mansur

The FinTech pioneer who chairs the board, keeping a fast-moving company accountable, compliant, and trusted.

“Nuspay was my dream project and I never gave up on it. I wanted to enrich the lives of people through innovation.”

Abul Mansur brings more than twenty-five years in payments to the Akxens board. After studying in the United States and starting his career in Silicon Valley, he built payment systems for banks, governments, and IDA-funded programmes across Asia.

He founded Nuspay International in 2013 and architected the world’s first virtual account payment system based on a real bank account, deployed with Bank Asia and Nepal Bank. He has since pioneered cross-border payments with X-Border and a central bank digital currency framework for Southeast Asia.

As Director and Chairman, based in London, he oversees governance and financial stewardship, and brings the institutional relationships that keep Akxens trusted by banks, regulators, and enterprise clients.

How we lead

Four principles, no exceptions.

i.

Ownership over billable hours

We measure ourselves by the value of what we build, not the time we spend building it.

ii.

Senior hands on every project

Leaders stay close to delivery. Every engagement has experienced people accountable for it.

iii.

Integrity by default

Clear contracts, protected IP, and honest communication, especially when news is hard.

iv.

Partnerships for the long run

We would rather earn a ten-year relationship than win a single deal.

Have something ambitious in mind? Talk to the people who lead it.

Strategic engagements are shaped directly with our leadership team, from the first conversation to launch.
