Mobasher Azmi
A new generation of founder. Early to every shift.
Mobasher Azmi has spent more than a decade where breakthrough technology meets institutional governance. He co-founded Akxens in 2017, starting with search and digital visibility, on the belief that being found is its own kind of infrastructure.
When blockchain arrived, he did not wait for permission. Akxens ran more than 460 ICO and early Web3 campaigns by 2019, and he earned his blockchain credentials along the way. That frontline experience in promotion, communities, and token economies became the foundation of an engineering company.
Today he works as a deep tech architect, designing blockchain and AI ecosystems for institutions. His focus is real-world asset tokenization done properly: compliant by design, with identity, jurisdiction, and governance written directly into the smart contract.
He also serves the public as a government official of Bangladesh, in the Ministry of Finance's Financial Institutions Division (Insurance Division). It gives him a rare view from both sides of the table: how regulators think, and what institutions need before they adopt new financial technology.
Institutions do not fear tokenization. They fear regulatory exposure. He builds the answer.
Ten years, one trajectory.

Programmable trust.
His case for the ERC-3643 (T-REX) standard: the token itself becomes the regulatory gatekeeper. If a wallet is not legally cleared to hold an asset, the transfer simply fails. No manual legal team, no off-chain exceptions.
Transfer requested
An investor sends a tokenized real-world asset.
Identity verified
The token checks on-chain KYC and AML status of the receiver.
Rules enforced
Jurisdiction limits, lock-ups, and investor caps are applied in code.
Cleared: transfer settles
Ownership updates instantly on-chain.
Not cleared: atomic rejection
The transaction reverts at protocol level.
