Mohammad Ali Rony
The engineer at the core. Clean code, real systems.
Mohammad Ali Rony studied science at Rajshahi Collegiate School and earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). He wrote his first production software at Aprosoft in 2012 and has not stopped shipping since.
In 2015 he joined Nuspay International, a FinTech building the next generation of tokenized global payment networks: patent-pending virtual account technology, payment data security, and digital currency. A decade of engineering where a single bug can move real money shaped how he works: defensive, tested, and documented.
At Akxens he is co-founder, Chief Technology Officer, and core developer. He sets the architecture, reviews the code, and still writes much of it himself: .NET and Node.js back ends, Angular front ends, database design, and mobile apps in Flutter.
Clean, robust, bug-free, well-documented, and easy to maintain. That is the standard, on every commit.
Thirteen years, shipped to production.
2004
Science foundations
Rajshahi Collegiate School
Completes secondary and higher secondary science (2001–2004), the start of a systems-first way of thinking.
2011
B.Sc. in Computer Science
American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB)
Graduates (2007–2011) with a grounding in algorithms, software engineering, and databases.
2012
Software Engineer
Aprosoft · Oct 2012 – Jan 2015
Builds web applications with ASP.NET MVC and back-end services for real clients, and learns the discipline of shipping.
2015
Engineering tokenized payments
Nuspay International · Dhaka
Joins a FinTech pioneer in payment data security, digital currency, and payment acceptance, working on virtual account payments and tokenized global payment networks.
2024
Ships InspireU
Google Play · Flutter
Launches InspireU, a motivational quotes app built with Flutter, taking his range from web and back end into cross-platform mobile.
2025
Co-Founder & CTO
Akxens Inc.
Takes the technical helm at Akxens as co-founder, CTO, and core developer, owning architecture, code quality, and delivery across every product.
Full stack. Fully owned.
From the database schema to the last pixel of a single-page app, he owns the whole path. That is why Akxens can go from idea to production without handoffs.
Back-End Architecture
Web applications and services in ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Node.js, designed to stay fast and stable under load.
- .NET / C#
- Node.js
- REST APIs
Front-End Engineering
Single-page applications in Angular and TypeScript, working with the framework since Angular 2.
- Angular
- TypeScript
- SPA
Database Design
Data models that keep products correct and quick, from relational schemas to document stores.
- SQL
- MongoDB
- Data modelling
FinTech & Payments
A decade engineering tokenized payment networks, virtual accounts, and payment data security.
- Tokenization
- Virtual accounts
- Security
Mobile Apps
Cross-platform apps in Flutter, taken from first commit to live release on the Play Store.
- Flutter
- Dart
- Android
Engineering Leadership
Setting standards the whole team builds to: SOLID design, careful review, and code that is easy to maintain.
- SOLID
- Code review
- Documentation
Code that outlives the sprint.
His own summary reads like a manifesto: follow the main principles of software development, like SOLID, and write code that is clean, robust, bug-free, well-documented, and easy to maintain. At Akxens, that became the house standard.
- 1
Single responsibility
Every module does one job, so it can change without breaking five others.
- 2
Open for extension
New behaviour arrives as new code, not as rewrites of code that already works.
- 3
Substitutable parts
Implementations are interchangeable, so systems can evolve safely.
- 4
Focused interfaces
Small, clear contracts instead of one bloated API.
- 5
Depend on abstractions
Loose coupling keeps code testable, replaceable, and easy to reason about.
